Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Opened personal care or food products
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at AshlynnFinds@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
